Reserved Drexel Profile Credenza and Hutch

John van Koert's Profile series was intended to produce pieces that were visually impressive from all angles; there should be no boring or uninteresting aspect to furniture! On display as well is Van Koert's past as a silverware designer. The lovingly crafted nickel hardware has silky contours and textures that don't sacrifice ergonomics for aesthetics.

With a sloped top and front lip that flows out from the edges, this credenza and hutch are an eye-catching addition to an already revered series of furniture, and one of the rarer variants from the collection. Some thoughtfully integrated features are the adjustable interior shelves of the hutch that have frosted glass inlays to allow light through (there's a light fixture at the top of the hutch), and a pull-out tray above the drawers that can serve as a bar extension or additional counter space for food prep. The two doors on the credenza each house a single small drawer and two cabinet bays.

In excellent original condition, some small spots of aging or wear may remain. There are a few scratches on one of the glass doors and a nick on the glass inserts of the shelves. Made by Drexel.
